Final preliminary study of phase 1 and phase 2 of study rendered in post. The Tele-Vision nervous system subliminals is conducted in two phases:

1. Identification of sub and above hearing range of nervous system affect that is unique from the audible signal.
2. Identification of any correlation to unique non-audible signal to frontal lobe EEG output from volunteer participant involvement.
